Big Exciting News!

We have some exciting news to share (for all of you that are thinking we are pregnant, that is not the exciting news)!  Dustin has received a job offer from Edward Jones!  Which means….

We are Moving!

To North Carolina!

In Two Weeks!

Oh my goodness, I’m so excited, and super scared at the same time!  And very stressed!  So many emotions I can’t even begin to explain.

We thought this process would take a lot longer than it did, but after a month of interviews and applications, he finally got an offer.  He is going to be a financial advisor.  So we now have two weeks to pack up our stuff, move out of our apartment, get Dustin to NC to find an apartment, find me a job, and move all of our stuff to NC.  It is a lot to do and not very much time but we are going to try our best.

From all the research we have been doing on North Carolina, I’m sure we are going to love it.  I mean look at these photos here, here, here and here!  Isn’t it beautiful?!

This is going to be an adventure and we are so excited for this new chapter in our lives! We will be sure to keep you all posted.  We are going to miss all of our family and friends that are here in Utah but promise to keep in touch and come back to visit as often as possible.

  1. You better! I am so happy for you though and that it's what you have both wanted!!

    I will miss you guys!

  2. Congrats to your husband!! My family has investments with Edward Jones.

  3. Awesome! That is so exciting.. let me know if you need help packing... that way maybe i'll get to see ya before you go ;)

  4. Cami- these are great news! Moving is so exciting, because that means you have to re-invent yourself. Decorating a new place, new friends, new places and lots of chances to take awesome pictures!
Have you been in there before?, Wade always said the Carolinas are very green. That's a beautiful color (I think)
Congratulations to Dustin. You guys deserve the best!

  5. Wow Congratulations! I have been out to NC and LOVE IT. It is SO beautiful and green. (Just get ready for the humidity... but it's really good for your skin :) and you don't have to buy lotion, like ever!). Kevin's siblings and us all went in on a beach house out there for a week in the summer. So maybe we will get to see you out there!

  6. Wow wow wow! That IS big news! Congrats on the new job. I think N.C. is really beautiful. We were looking at an MBA program there, before we accepted here. Good luck with all the packing and planning and moving and lots of other stuff. How exciting!
